Flexecare have tended to my Mum in her last 3 months of life and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, the staff were respectful, caring and above all treated her with care and dignity, they were always punctual and polite and I would not hesitate to recommend Flexecare to anyone who is looking for a care agency to take care of a loved one. The staff at Flexecare are wonderful, like most people this is our first time using cares. The adjustment for both my husband and I was daunting, but the team at Flexecare helped us both navigate this new ‘norm’ from the initial interaction to the team coming into our home. From the minute they enter your home they are respectful and try to be as non-intrusive as possible. They are extremely polite and professional from the minute they enter your home. The team’s interaction with my husband is wonderful to see, they are so respectful of him. But more importantly they have treated him with dignity. I would highly recommend Flexecare.

My Mum (Wendy B) has final stage Alzheimer’s. Following the intervention of District Nurses and St. Catherine’s Hospice, Flexecare, based at Ribbleton, responded excellently towards assisting my Dad to meet the home care needs of my Mum. I found the Flexecare staff to be engaging, thorough and professional, showing dignity and respect in their dealings with my Mum at all times. My Mum has recently moved into a Nursing Home, which is a normal progression for her condition.

Just wanted to say that my mother, Bridget, received the best care by a wonderful team. They gave her so much lovely care and attention, always in a respectful and professional manner, for the last two years. We could not have chosen a better care company and will never forget what they did for mum!
