Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to a website everyone can use.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Our commitment
Flexecare wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technologies. Accessibility is consistent with everything else we believe about care: dignity, inclusion and respect for individual needs.
2. What we've built in
- Semantic HTML landmarks, one clear heading structure per page and a “skip to content” link
- Visible keyboard focus styles and keyboard-operable menus, accordions and forms
- Text alternatives on meaningful images
- Colour choices tested for contrast between text and background
- Layouts that reflow for zoom and small screens, pinch-zoom is never disabled
- Reduced-motion preferences respected: animations are disabled when your device asks for it
- Forms with visible labels, clear required-field markers and error messaging
3. Known limitations
Some photographs are decorative and marked accordingly. Third-party sites we link to (such as the CQC website) have their own accessibility practices which we cannot control.
4. Alternatives to the website
Everything on this site can also be done by phone or email, call 01772 369045 (Mon–Fri 8.30am–5.00pm) or email enquiries@flexecare.com. We are happy to provide information in alternative formats on request, and our Care Manager holds British Sign Language (BSL) Level 2.
5. Tell us about a problem
If you find any part of this website difficult to use, please tell us, we will fix what we can quickly and find you an alternative in the meantime.
