1. Our commitment

Flexecare is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and our supply chains. As a care and staffing provider, our greatest asset (and our greatest responsibility) is people, and we hold ourselves to standards that make exploitation impossible to hide.

2. Our business

We provide domiciliary care to people in their own homes and supply nursing and care staff to healthcare providers across the North West, from our office in Preston.

3. How we reduce risk

• Fair pay, accredited: we are a fair employer, every member of our team is paid fairly and directly.
• Right-to-work checks: completed for every hire, without exception.
• Direct employment relationships: we recruit our own staff and do not use opaque labour-supply intermediaries.
• Safeguarding training: all staff are trained to recognise and report signs of exploitation and abuse, among colleagues as well as clients.
• Open-door reporting: concerns can be raised with management or our on-call team at any time and are always investigated.

4. Supply chains

Our supply chains are short, primarily office supplies, training and professional services. We expect suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to operate ethical employment practices.
