Meet us
A friendly, values-based interview, usually relaxed and practical. We want to know why you care, not just where you’ve worked.
Checks & training
DBS, references and right-to-work (plus NMC verification for nurses), then your free, paid induction, no experience needed for HCA roles.
First shift, supported
Shadow shifts, a named supervisor and 24/7 on-call backup. You’re part of the family from day one.
What to have ready
- An up-to-date CV (or just your work history, we can help you shape it)
- Proof of your right to work in the UK
- Contact details for two references
- For driving roles: a valid UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle
- For nursing roles: your NMC PIN
Already have an enhanced DBS on the update service? Brilliant, bring it. If not, we’ll arrange the check with you as part of onboarding.
