Personal Care

Care at Home

Dignity first, every single visit

Personal care is the foundation of good support at home, and the part of the day where dignity matters most. Flexecare care staff are trained to give discreet, respectful help with the personal routines that keep you feeling comfortable, clean and confident.

Your care plan records exactly how you like things done, from water temperature to the order you dress. The same small team supports you wherever possible, so help always feels familiar rather than clinical.

Who it’s for

Comfortable help, on your terms

Personal care suits anyone who finds daily routines harder than they used to be, whether that is age, illness, disability or recovery after a hospital stay. Visits flex from a single 30-minute morning call to several visits across the day.

Many families combine personal care with medication support or meal preparation so one friendly visit covers everything that matters.

We work hard to keep your team small and consistent, because familiarity builds trust, especially for personal care. You will always know who is coming, and we introduce any new team member properly before they support you alone.
