How care starts
Free, no-obligation assessment
A senior member of our care team visits you at home to understand needs, routines and wishes, then designs a personalised care plan.
Book an assessmentConfirm your package & start date
Approve your care plan, meet your care staff, start when you are ready. We review packages regularly making adjustments as necessary.
Where do I start?Yes and yes. You receive a written care plan proposal and quote; what you do with them is entirely up to you. Many families use the assessment to understand needs properly before deciding anything.
Exactly the same way, call us and tell us about them. We’ll involve the person themselves as fully as possible (care works best with their consent and preferences at the centre) and can liaise with other family members, GPs and social workers as needed.
Tell us, without awkwardness. Matching is a skill, not luck, and re-matching is normal. The right fit matters too much to be polite about.
Yes, packages pause for hospital stays or holidays and end whenever they should, with sensible notice. Care doesn’t have to be a long-term arrangement.
