Healthcare with a Heart now has a new home online. Here's what's new, what's where, and why we rebuilt our website around the people who use it.
Built around three front doors
People arrive at Flexecare for three different reasons, so the new site gives each one a clear path. Families arranging support will find every care-at-home service explained in plain English, plus a calm step-by-step guide called Where do I start?. Care homes and providers have a dedicated staffing hub with a fast way to request staff. And people building a career in care get a live vacancies board, honest pages about pay, training and how we recruit, and a simple application form.
More information, less mystery
The old site told you what we did; the new one explains how it all works. You'll find dedicated pages for every service, from personal care and companionship through to dementia, palliative and live-in care, plus straight answers on costs and funding, a proper FAQ library, and this Care Advice hub, where we'll publish practical guidance for families alongside company news.
The same Flexecare underneath
What hasn't changed matters more than what has. We remain a CQC-registered, Preston-based nursing and domiciliary care agency serving the North West, a fair and Disability Confident employer with the same phone number (01772 369045), the same office on Ribbleton Avenue, and the same belief we were founded on: everyone deserves quality care and dignity, whether they're receiving support or delivering it.
